Pick-up: Rolling pick-up at Brightfield between 4:20pm and 4:30pm
Please notify the school if you need to pick up earlier than 4:20pm — we sometimes leave campus for trail rides. If you expect you may arrive later than 4:30pm, notify the school as soon as possible. Refer to Brightfield handbook for late pick-up policy.

Brightfield Bike Club is modeled after The Bike Coalition of Maine’s Youth Programming. Brightfield Bike Club offers students the opportunity to build confidence, coordination, and a sense of adventure while exploring on two wheels. Participants will ride throughout Brightfield’s property, Oak Grove Cemetery, Whiskeag Trails, and the Bath Pump Track. Riders will learn and practice safety awareness, trail etiquette, and basic bike handling.

Participants are required to have a properly fitting helmet and a bike in good working condition. Riders are required to follow directions for safe participation, without exception.

NOTE: If you have a non-rider interested in learning how to ride, we have a small number of balance bikes available, please reach out in advance so we can best accommodate your student.
