Art Lab at the Chocolate Church

Pick-up: at the Chocolate Church between 4:20pm and 4:30pm

The Brightfield after school program will be an open art creation hour in which students can look at source books curated around a given theme and create their own artistic explorations within that theme. Jeremy Eaton, the CCAC Art Director will curate an exploratory environment in which each Brightfield student can make small and large ideas come to life. Each theme will be explored between 3-4 weeks. The students will not be given group prompts but rather will receive mentorship in making their own ideas come to life using a variety of mediums.

THE ART LAB WILL PROVIDE:

– Access to the Art Lab and all its supplies.

– Guidance from CCAC staff and trained volunteers in creating art within a group theme. Can include painting, collage, small sculpture, costume, jewelry, printing, and more!
