Farm Work at Growing to Give, Brunswick

  • Date Range: 5/1/25-6/5/25 (6 sessions)
  • Grade Range: 1-7
  • Led by G2G Staff and supported by Kyle and Mae

Students will spend their afternoons getting their hands in the soil and making a difference at Growing to Give in Brunswick! This nonprofit, organic farm is dedicated to growing fresh, healthy produce for local people facing food insecurity. Their mission is to use sustainable farming practices while fostering community engagement and education.

In this afterschool program, participants will help with seasonal farm tasks—planting, weeding, harvesting, and more—while learning about organic farming, food systems, and environmental stewardship. It’s a great opportunity to connect with the land, develop practical skills, and contribute to a meaningful cause.
