Winter Sports
with Mae and Kyle
Grades 1–8 | XC Ski, Snow Shoeing, Ice Skating, Hockey, Sledding

Pick-up: Pick-up locations will vary, please look out for communication from program leaders weekly. Locations will include: Brightfield, Goddard Pond or the Bath Golf Course.
Grades 1–8 will rotate through winter activities including cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, ice skating, hockey, and sledding (weather depending.) These sessions are designed to build confidence, coordination, and resilience while encouraging outdoor play.
Important Winter Gear Reminder:
Students are expected to arrive at school fully prepared for winter activities. This includes:
– EXTRA warm Winter layers (first layers often get wet during the school day and need to be switched out for afterschool)
– Extra warm socks
– Full winter gear (coat, snow pants, gloves/mittens, hat)
– Helmet
– Appropriate equipment for the day’s activity (ice skates or cross-country skis)
If your child does not have cross-country skis, please reach out in advance – we have a limited number available and are happy to help fit your child with loaner skis or direct you to the appropriate place to find skis.
Pick-up locations will vary depending on snow and ice conditions. Families will receive communication from program leaders weekly. Please respond to requests promptly when we ask for information or your assistance. We will aim to be clear and timely in our communication.
Possible pick-up locations include Brightfield, Goddard Pond, and the Bath Golf Course.
