Brightfield XC Run Club promotes running as fun, lifelong activity!

Cross Country running offers significant physical, mental, and social benefits for children, including improved cardiovascular health, increased endurance, strength and agility. It fosters mental resilience, self-confidence, and discipline while providing an inclusive environment that encourages personal growth over competition.
